Don D just reported on my site that James has been re-assigned to other duties within MLS. A promotion of sorts, I assume, for his phenomenal leadership while at the helm of the employer's forum.
Please join me in bidding James farewell and much success in the future!

Our 25-person department was totally reorganized, and almost everyone got different duties. Before, I had two jobs - web editor and making training videos. Now my web editor duties belong to Christy Reeder and a couple others. And the other half of my job has been greatly expanded so I'll be overseeing and creating a lot more training products. Here's what I wrote in today's edition of HR Hero Line, our weekly e-mail newsletter:

Thanks for the kind words, and I'll see you around on the Forum.

I hope you at least have the good sense to hire REAL ACTORS instead of the hacks I see in most training videos. I invariably end up apologizing for the embarassing quality of the acting contained in training videos... not a great way to start a session...x;-)
And no, James, I'm not in the market for any new videos right now... x;-)
James - It doesn't really sound like you are going anywhere though. Best wishes in your new role.
I'm glad that you will still participate in the forum from time to time. You wouldn't want to miss out on all the fun times and good cheer.
