Has anyone among us heard from Shadowfax in the past month? He said he was going to do a "Mr. Rogers" thing in a local theatre, but I'm afraid he's broken a leg or something.
He tripped over the laces on one of the sneakers he didn't quite tie tightly enough falling and hitting his head on the edge of the coffee table in the living room set up on stage. When he came to, he realized the sweater fit him neatly and decided he was Mr. Rogers come back to life. Thus began his new life entertaining children of all ages.
My daughters loved watching him in his neighborhood but I sure hope he was more interesting in real life. Someone like that would drive me crazy in a short time...
I actually think he was 'Will Rogers.' Not quite the same character we envision when we say "Mr. Rogers" from the neighborhood. He's been here since then.
Maybe this is his last day of vacation. He'll make a 're-entry stage right' on Monday.
I think you and I are the only two paying attention. x:-) I was about to mention that the rest are talking about the wrong 'Mr. Rogers'. Shadow hasn't posted in weeks and said awhile back that this summer he would be performing as Will Rogers with some regularity. Maybe he got a call from Hollywood. Or maybe he ran off with some women he met in the dressing room.
Hi everyone! I just posted an update elsewhewre. Thanks for thinking of me Don. HRLASS, speaking of Gandalf... can you believe what she did to Dumbledore? Gandalf came back..I don't think Dumbledore will. I confess I am not really glad to be back at work, but I did miss all you guys. And The Will Rogers Fo0llies was May 13, 14 and 15 and I had a blast...would do that act the rest of myh life if someone would pay me even minimum wage to do it. Probably take me a week or so to get back in the flow of things, but hope to contribute again. Sad to see the world went on w/o me though..........
