Ok Sam, for ESFJ's there's just HCCADC, Pooh and me so far. I don't know if Pooh or HCCADC has siblings but I'm a 3rd Child out of 4. I'm a Gemina but not sure if I'm a Baby Boomer.
You will get entirely different results based on when you complete this instrument. Therefore, all it means is at that moment in time, you tended to suggest this personality/behavior makeup. Take it early a.m. before work, mid day after lots of work, then after you're at home relaxed. Then try it Monday as opposed to Friday at 3:30, or Thursday if that's the day you enjoy most (as it is with me). Take it right after you implement a reduction in force or mid-week when your abusive boss is on vacation. Take it during union negotiations and then on your last day before you leave on vacation. Take it while your mother in law is visiting and then under an umbrella on the beach at Destin. On and on. It's all so relevant that it's irrelevant. But, I suppose it's fun, like astrology or a Quija Board. Or that big plastic 8-Ball that has all the answers.
The info is what you make of it. If you learn about it and use it, it can be extremely helpful in your relationships with your co-workers. I could cite many practical examples. If you don't learn about it and don't use it, it's not helpful.
ISXJ Ditto SMace. This stuff saved a management team of which I was once a part. I have taken this test several times over the last 20 years, and my scores have never varied more than a few points.
What is even more encouraging is that you are practically the polar opposite of G3. A psychologist told me that with most people who take and retake the instrument at a variety of times, the scores do vary considerably with mood, weather, current level of happiness and many other intangibles that subconsciously influence one.
And if you're prone to multiple personalities or reinventing yourself often, it gets even stranger.
If you'll notice, there are no negatives in the discussions on results, no matter where you are positioned in the results. Everything's Good. All's Well. You're OK, I'M OK. Don't Worry, Be Happy. The same lady told me that often the real success of these exercises, when applied in group settings, is in how the consultant handles the interpretations and, she claimed, they can be very manipulative in outcomes.

Thanks for the explanation of 'J'. I never considered myself the judgement type.

#1 thing a consultant shouldn't say: "I could tell you the answer right now, but we're committed to a three month project..." #-o

But, it's all interesting, nevertheless.
