I pose a question, innocent or guilty?

My vote is guilty but I am not on the jury, nor have I watched any of the E channel trial re-enactment. What a freak show for someone who at one point had talent.

I have a different perspective on this. This whole charade will boil down to McCauley Caulkin's testimony. If jurors ever hear that the famous picture of McCauley with his hands on his face in a state of fear is actually a reaction to seeing Michael coming with a glass of Jesus Juice and a jar of vaseline then it's all over! Home Alone my foot!

Changing the topic slightly--the most annoying thing about this is that the parents are not also being charged. I'd be willing to bet that there is a line outside of Neverland right now with "loving" (I like being cynical) parents anxious to get their children in.

My opinion is guilty, period. Even if he did not do everything that he is accused of doing, what he admitted to on his own interview is simply wrong.

Probably guilty. Gotta wonder though why any parent would ever allow their child to be unsupervised with someone as OBVIOUSLY MESSED UP as Michael Jackson. On the other hand, since he is a very, very rich man, the cynic in me wouldn't be suprised that these same parents have been bitten by the greed bug and are just selling out their kids for a buck (or two), and that there is a miniscule, teeny tiny possibility that nothing did happen.

Agree with all of the previous observations – Guilty!! But the reason you can't really (even though you may try) envision the gloved-one in an orange jump suit and a set of leg irons being frog-walked into the big house is because it will never happen. Where would California’s department of corrections house such a delicate creature?

He is guilty and will Moonwalk his way right out of this one.

But if he was found guilty - I suspect he is either a flight risk or a suicide candidate. He will not serve significant time behind bars.

Yes, but he is likely to be the "companion" and not by choice. While that may be a fitting "end" to being found guilty, I think he would turn a bedsheet into a noose soon enough, and take that way out.

I think he should be locked up simply cause he's so weird and that FACE is creepy! I agree with whomever said those parents should be locked up too for allowing their children to visit such an obviously messed up 'person'.

What's the point? He will walk away to do this again another day. The defense will twist this every way they can to establish doubt.
