We're having one in Elkton! We're closer to Phila than we are to Baltimore. Philly Cheesesteaks - a must! This area is super-charged. That's all you hear on the radio and all that people are talking about. Eagles' flags and jackets everywhere!

Not true Not true! Elkton is equal distance to Baltimore and Philadelphia. Most people around here tend to root for the Orioles and (sadly) the Eagles. Sorry HR Girl. Not an Eagles Fan!

Elkton Town hall is 44 miles from Philadelphia and 52 miles from Balmer City. And Elkton has an 8-mile radius. I can't like the Ravens - I've tried! I'm originally a Cleveland Browns fan, so I'll probably never like the Ravens. But when Cleveland is out of the running, my second choice is the Eagles!

UH-oh. If you get on I-95 at exit/entrance 109 going southbound the mile marker says 54 miles to Balmer City. If you get on I-95 at the same place heading northbound the mile marker says 55 miles to Philadelphia. Seems we have a disagreement.

I don't work as many hours so I don't post as often. Doesn't mean we don't talk to each other.xB-)

Nate Wayne - LB - Born in Macon, MS and went to Mississippi

Todd Pinkston - WR - Born in Forest, MS and went to South Mississippi

and last but not least

Derrick Burgess - DE - Not a native of MS but went to Mississippi

So it's obvious you need to get on the Eagles Train!!

The Pat's don't have one person on the squad that attended a Mississippi school or is a native.

Greetings from Super Bowl Central. With none of our own teams involved, the biggest thing going on here is Star Gazing. So far, no sightings but LOTS of rumors and BIG black limousines and private jets at the airport. Aside from crappy weather and media bashing, it has been kind of fun. Most everyone around here is going with the Eagles.. think it is a combination of underdogs for underdogs and the fact they have been out and about much more in the community.

Actually, I'm kind of on the fence. Donovan McNabb played for Syracuse, my favorite college team, and he deserves to win. Our local VP is from Philly and a big Eagles fan - that could be enough to make me root for the Patriots. The Patriots have won it a couple times recently, so it could be the Eagles turn. But, the Giants are my favorite pro team and rivals of the Eagles. So, I guess I really don't have a strong preference.

We have a few New Englander's at my company...they have been keepin it on the down low. Today our office is a sea of Eagles Jerseys!!!!

I don't think our office will be staffed on Tuesday if the Eagles win. If they show the parade on TV...look for me, I'll be there...along with every other person in Philly!

Oh Ray if you are a Syracuse lover then you have to be an Eagles fan!

It's about time they had some decent half-time entertainment for the Super Bowl. It was nice that there weren't all the theatrics and the scantily-clad women dancing around (sorry guys) and we were able to enjoy the person who was actually entertaining. Paul was great, maybe he'll be back next year. He brought back a lot of old memories.

I think most of the forum is preaching to the choir on that issue. But if you were in my house last night - you would have thought everyone was going to die of boredom! My two 13 yr olds and 9 year old don't even know who Paul is. They all concluded it was the lamest half time show in the history of the game, with great declarations that they would not watch half time again next year!!!
