THE PASSING OF A GREAT MAN

With all that's going on in the world at the moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person which almost went unnoticed last week.
Larry La Prise, the man who wrote "The Hokey Pokey," died peacefully at age 93. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in. And then the trouble started.
SHUT UP. You know it is funny. !!!
Now, for the rest of the day, you are cursed to have that jingle rattling through your head until you want to scream! (and you shake it all about).
What can I say; my daughter sent it to me.

Thanks, marc.
Now put your right foot in....
How's that for getting a tune out of your head?

Like all get great jokes, some just stick in your mind. Which is why I recall that it appeared here a few months ago.
This joke reminded me (in a really bad way) of the dances I hated most in the world..the Macarena and the Alley Cat. Unfortunately, the Macarena is now swirling in my brain and probably turning it mushier than usual.
But...wait...why do all wedding still insist on playing Celebration and the Electric Slide. There should be a time limit on bad songs and dances.
It may take me 4 hours to get these songs out of my head - anyone have any Cialis I can give my boyfriend? x;-)
