Am I losing my mind or did a topic disappear? The topic was about little known facts or something like that. Where did it go? I swear I saw it here yesterday.

That was a post that I submitted and I thought my connection was challanged AGAIN because I couldn't find it either. I'm still relatively new here & thought that maybe I was missing something. It appears that the aliens have once again landed & taken control. I have no idea why - YET!

Yes, Yes. However, this will not stop us from continuing the meaningful discussions that were taking place. Or we could completely change this thread and discuss "sort of" censorship. Or since the topic has disappeared, we could just talk about nothing. 8-}

The strangest thing is that James even contributed to the thread with a few comments. Now it's GONE? I'm perplexed! Maybe Whatever has the right idea ... lets talk about NOTHING! My, isn't that a nice horse drawn sky with it's pretty black river golf ... 8-}

Wow Beave, I've had a post removed, but you've had an entire thread removed. Your transgression was so aggregious, that the police skipped the first step in the progressive disciplinary process and went immediately to step 2. Suspension is next.

Could it be because James answered "yes" to one of my questions on another post about being corrupt? Did he see us having too much fun? Or...was it because he didn't want us to know that babies are born without knee caps???

The thread included the revelation that he had 'gone to the doctor to see if a sample was right for him'. That's PHI and HIPAA required removal of this thread.

Surely it couldn't have warranted a deletion of the entire thread. Why not just the 'offensive' post?

We didn't delete it -- I thought it was a lot of fun. We've had four power outages this morning, and each one has really messed up the Forum. That's the only thing that could've killed it. It could've killed other threads as well, but we haven't noticed any.

Brian Holaway is in the process of fixing the other problems that the outages caused to the Forum, but he doubts that the missing post can be recovered. xx(

Meanwhile, Jim Robb, our techical guy, just finished installing a battery thingy that will keep the website running in case of power outage number 5. O=*

I apologize for the technical problems, and I hope they're over. xpray

Thank you, James. I'll take my paranoia and direct it elsewhere. As far as losing my mind, I'm sure THAT'S still going on; just not as quickly as I had feared.

Truth be told the thread was deleted because it revealed the super secret Susan Lucci/Phyllis Diller connection.

Lucci is far more "connected" than any of us realize.

FYI: a UPS is an Uninterrupted Power Supply (or Source), so to CYA PDQ so that other forumites aren’t SOL with their posts. BTW, to avoid NBT, PIOM that UPS ASAP !
