Anyone going to SHRM Convention in Orlando in June?

I was wondering if any of you HR FORUMites are going to the SHRM Convention in Orlando, FL in June?

I will be going. It would be great fun for us all to meet as a group.

After finding this site a few months back, I am questioning if I will even renew my membership in SHRM.

Not this year. It's too #@*&;!! HOT in Florida in June. I went to San Francisco a few years ago when the SHRM Conference was out there and I must say, it was a great conference. Most conferences have a lot of FLUFF, but you actually were able to learn some real skills there!

I'm going to the Orlando conference - it was a trade off from a conference I was meant to attend earlier in the year in New York (where my office is located) that I had to cancel at the last minute to assist my EVP with a project on Latin America. I got the better deal - nearly a week in Florida - yahoo!
Anyway would love to catch up with anyone else heading down also - I'm arriving on the Saturday and staying at the Summerfield Suites until the Thursday.
