Soap Opera Name

I'm here in southwest Missouri, awaiting the next wave of storms (predicted for tonight) and wondered what fun thread I could get going on HR Forum. I decided to use one of my ice breakers.

It's common knowlege that soap opera stars are not really born with their names. They have mundane names like Sue, Paul or Don. So, how do they get their names? By using their middle name and the name of the street that their parents lived on when they were born, of course!

My soap opera name would be Noelle Bradley. (Or I could use Noelle Bradley-Lane) What would your soap opera name be?

Final thought about this ice breaker - here in Southwest Missouri there would be an awful lot of soap stars with the last name of Rural Route!

However, I prefer the street where I spent my formative years (7 - 13) which was Lake. So Terese Lake. But someone once told me your exotic movie name (!?!?!) would be the family dog's name, and street you lived on when the critter was around. So that's the best one of all...Nikki Lake. /:)

My Soap Opera name would be Marie Pine (not too exciting). My exotic Hollywood name would be Taffy Dauphin (kinda sounds like a "Laugh-In" name for those of you that remember that show).

Oh, this is great. My exotic name would be Lady Minnehaha and my soap name would be Marie Minnehaha. Gotta love those Minnesotan Indian streets.

My soap name is not so hot - I don't have a middle name so I'm just plain Tony Carson. However, I once had two dachshunds growing up on Woodland Drive - Taxi and Ginger...I'm a dude though so I'm not into 'Ginger Woodland' but I guess it's pretty exotic.

All right, here goes..Soap Opera name would be Gail Fern. My "exotic" movie star name would be Holly Fairmont for my dog and place my husband and I live now. Or, if we used my family's dog and street growing up it would be the most exotic..Bonaparte New Orleans. (Bonaparte was a french poodle..my mother named him)

But my exotic names all sound drug and or alcohol related (8-}) try these...Chyna High, Tootie High and Buffett High.

Soap Opera Name would be Marie Lakewood and my Exotic Name would be Bambi Logan.

Let's see - my soap opera name would be Sonia Sherman (I am middle nameless) and my exotic movie star name would be Gadget Ridgewood. Afraid those don't get it - they sound more like characters from an Upton Sinclair novel.

Hey, wait a minute my name is Ray Avery!!!!!! For real!!!!!! I'm glad Don thinks it is a "neat" name. When a kid, I didn't think so, but I kind of like it now.

My soap name would be Edward Doyleson, which would be shortened to Eddie Doyle.
