Geez, Don, make me feel OLD. I am waiting for the response/post here that asks you who is Jimmi Hendrix and what is purple haze? Then I'm heading to my rocking chair. I did once pass within 50 feet of him. He was surrounded by body guards and had beautiful women of every color with him. .2 on each arm. It was an experience.
I would hate for this to get out, but, I actually sat in a 'seyance' (how do you spell that?) once trying to bring Jimi Hendrix back to life. Must have been the Ripple.

Do you feel a kinship with Santa? He might have the same explanation for losing his pants.
Don, you really know how to hurt a guy. 60? Are you sure your math is right? I think it's time for you to join Paul at the beach. Now that's a picture! x;-)
Hey, I'm not the one obsessing about the math; I'm just recalling the guitar. If he died in 70 at 28 that makes him 60. Sittin' on a Harley in Dallas with Elvis in the sidecar.
Today's radio news advises of the death of John Sebastian, lead guitarist for The Lovin' Spoonful, at age 58. I think his real last name was something like Valunoski. Another great joins the heavenly band.
