docking full day for sick day - salaried employee

Can I legally dock pay of a exempt salaried employee who misses work (full day) due to sickness who has used up his sick leave benefit for the year.

I am located in Washington State.

Unless WA has a law to the contrary, yes you can, because it's a full day absence.
