FLSA changes to status?

I'm looking into FLSA changes (to which EEs qualify for exempt or non-exempt status).

When do the changes take effect? Where can I find out more information so I can figure out which EEs may be affected at my workplace?

Chill. Nothing has passed yet. There is no effective date as nothing has been enacted. And nothing may be.

I just received an update the other day. They are looking for it in the beginning of April, however there is also a bill to stop all changes. So it will be an on-going process. Have a good day!
