Employee hired for only the summer months; 2 Holidays will fall during employment, Memorial Day & 4th of July. Is Florida Employer obligated to pay for Holidays and is Employer obligated to pay for sick days under this temporary employment. Employee is receiving a flat salary vs. being hourly.
