What kind of benefits do you offer?

We are a manufacturing company in TX with 400 employees, we currently don't offer any PTO, jury duty pay or personal/sick days, we are thinking about adding to our benefit package some paid personal/sick days, I was wondering if anyone will be willing to share what their currently offering to their employees and how do you administer it.

  • We are a 140 employee company with employees in 14 states. We offer Medical, Dental, S/T and L/T Disability and Life Insurance. Additionally, we offer 5 personal/sick days per calendar year, 2 weeks paid vacation after the first year, jury duty pay, 3 days bereavement leave for death in immediate family and 10 paid holidays per year. hope This helps.
  • We are a manufacturing company in CA with 120 ee's we offer:

    Medical, dental, 401K, profit sharing, life, AD&D, ST & LT DIS (just starting in April), 1 wk vac after 1st yr, then 2 wks after 3 yrs, 7 holidays, no sick days.
