COBRA records

I've looked everywhere. How long must COBRA records be kept? I've found this answer easily for all other record keeping requirements. Am I missing something?! Thanks.

According to the Mandated Health Benefits COBRA Guide, COBRA's statutory language does not specifically explain how long records relating to COBRA should be kept. However, ERISA statute of limitations and provisions suggest that, generally, records should be maintained for six years. For more details and information on exactly what should be kept, see Tab 1300, Page 165 - 168.
