FMLA less than 50 ee's in 1 location

We have 100 employees in our corporate location and 2 smaller offices with about 40 employees in each. Do we need to offer FMLA to those offices with less than 50 employees or only to office of 100?

We also have different locations with not one of them having 50 employees. However, my understanding is if you are an employer with 50 or more employees you need to comply, no matter how many employees may be in each location.

There must be a minimum number of employees (50) within a 75 mile radius. So if your 40 employee locations are within 75 miles of each other or of the corp HQ, they must be offered FMLA.

Theresa is absolutely correct.

If the remote locations are not covered, take a look at state law too. There are a few states that have similar laws in place like FMLA that may still apply.
