Pre-employment Testing

Hello,

Does anybody out there do pre-employment testing for new hires? I work at a bank and we are thinking of using a skills based test for tellers and customer service employees. Does anyone use PSI Talent Assessment for anything?

    Hi Holly, I work at a bank as well and we use the pre employment skills test as an initial screen before the interview. It has worked well for us over the last two years and our termination % has gone down with tellers especially as we are not hiring individuals who may have interviewed well, but did not have the skill set necessary to be successful in thier job functions.
