Telecommuting Policy

Good morning,

I am in the process of putting together a telecommuting policy. I would love to hear what others are doing including how one is designated as a telecommuter and which expenses are covered for telecommuters.

Any policy information you could forward my way would be extremely appreciated.

Janine, on the home page, under the long "Hot Topics" list (toward the bottom right side of the page), click on "Telecommuting." You'll find links to an HR Executive Special Report on the subject along with a sample policy, related newsletter articles, etc. Hope this helps. tk
