We are a small bank and, while we do background checks through a vendor, we do not fingerprint. I'm interested in what everyone is doing as far as fingerprinting?

Same boat here. The examiners haven't brought it up in any of our audits, although we certainly wouldn't resist it if they did.
I've never fingerprinted, but I've fingerpainted. One's probably just as messy as the other.
