When posting a position, do you list the hourly, bi-weekly, or annual pay?

When I post a position through the D.O.L., I list the starting pay, whether it's an hourly rate or if it's a weekly gross rate.

We are a private manufacturing company and only list whether the position is hourly, or salaried exempt/non-exempt. No wage rate is posted.

We have a grade level and salary range for each position. So... I list the grade level and the beginning and maximum salary for the position that is posted.

For non-exempt we post the starting hourly rate.
For exmpt we post the starting monthly rate.
