Background Search-What do you recommend?

Is there an website you would recommend for doing background searches? I usually utilize [url]www.ussearch.com[/url], but the employee I am searching for is not showing up on that site.

For background checks that I do, I use this web site. Its connected to the Michigan State Police (ICHAT). This site charges $10 per background check if you work for a "for profit" company. No charge if you work for a non profit. Hope this help.
