I just got an email today - of course from a vendor - that says there's a requirement for a new USERRA poster. This is the first I've heard of this. Anyone have any info?

Yes that's correct. It was published February 05. You can download a copy by going to
[url]http://www.dol.gov/elaws/userra.htm[/url] and clicking on "your rights under USERRA." Up comes the new poster!!

FYI, I understand that law says it has to be posted by 3/10/05. So if you don't have it up yet, get busy.

I've been following this issue and thanks to HR Forum knew where to go to print out the poster. I'm just curious - what if we had not been discussing this. How would a small company even know about the new poster? Does the government take any responsibilty for notification?
