New USERRA Poster?

I got one of those famous "junk" faxes from the Progressive Business Compliance company. They say "The Federal government has added a new mandatory poster to their 5 existing required labor law posters. All employers, regardless of size, must display this new Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment rights Act (USERRA) poster by March 10th, 2005."
Of course, you can order said poster from them. A check of the DOL website poster page does NOT list a USERRA poster (nor does Nebraska's DOL page), and a quick search of the forum doesn't bring up any relevant postings, either.
Is this another ploy to get us to spend money? Or is this something new coming down the pike and DOL just doesn't have it up yet?

The draft text of the USERRA poster is currently available on the VETS website, which can be accessed at: www.dol.gov/vets for downloading and printing. The draft text is currently in the final stages of Department of Labor clearance, and you should check the site on or about March 10, 2005, to ensure that the text has not been altered or amended.
When the text has met final Department approval, a press release will be issued, and we will publish in the Federal Register, as an interim final rule (IFRJ) the text of the notice, instructions on where to post the notice, and where it can be obtained.
With respect to the extension of health care benefits, the Veterans Benefits Improvement Act of 2004 (VBIA), which was signed into law on December 10, 2004, provides that service member employees may elect to continue their employer-sponsored health coverage from 18 to 24 months following their activation for duty. The employer has the option of requiring the employee to pay up to 102 percent of the cost of the extended coverage. The VBIA only amended Section 4317 of USERRA to extend the elective coverage from 18 to 24 months. The statute was otherwise left intact.
