Quickly skimming the results shows lots of possibilities, such as WTRA radio, some sort of road and track association, etc. On page two I got a hit on Working Time Reduction Act and an article on an international symposium in the Netherlands about the topic.
  
  Is that the one you mean? Or is it the Waste Tire Recycling Act? I am easily confused.

  Sorry! I misunderstood a friend when she was talking about this. It's the WFTRA Act, the Working Family Tax Relief Act. No wander you and I could not find any info!

  Go to this address for a summary of the Act. This is the tax cut President Bush talked about during the campaign. Rather than having me summarizing a summary - which is dangerous - you should probably read it for yourself.
  
  Remember, this was written by lawyer politicians so I am certain you will chase your tail a bit getting through it.

  Thanks for your info. SHRM also has an interesting article about intended revisions to this act in regards to employer sponsored benefits for dependents--since this act has revised the definition of dependents.
