Does anyone have any good interview questions they would be willing to share, for accountant/fiscal type positions? I have plenty of behavioral type questions and am looking for something more related to the type of work they do.

As you can tell by the numerous questions at the end of that link, you need to tailor your questions to the position level. A CFO or controllers questions are significantly different than an accounting clerk or a budget analyst. If you do not have accounting personnel on staff, it can be a good idea to bring in your outside auditor or tax preparation professional to help out.
