  Can you be more specific? Our retirement policy is generally ruled by the master documents, which sets normal retirement age, etc., but we do have some flexibility in offering early retirement packages.

  The President of my Company is asking for a Retirement Policy, but the problem is he is not specifying what our retirement’s benefits are. We are not offering to pay continuing health coverage. However, we have Profit Sharing and 401K. I’m looking for something general to get me started. Thanks…….
