Hi everyone!
I need help. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the WARN act? I had one a couple of years ago, however it has disappeared. (fortunately, I have not needed it) I am H R Director for a group of small hospitals, and one of them is getting ready to lay off 23% of the employees. I'm thinking I'll need it! I appreciate any help you can give me.
