I read in the 'leave no stone unturned during background checks' that we can ask an applicant if they have ever been disciplined for any form of harassment or discrimination. I was surprised and would think that this would create liability in the hiring process. Does anyone have experience with asking this? Thanks. Donicek in Tampa
