One of our employees has unintentionally gotten on the email lists for some sexually explicit websites. Email comes to her complete with preview pictures. I do not believe there is a legal harassment issue for the employer, as the emails are not targeted based on gender, and the emails themsleves show men and women in equally explicit poses. But I wanted to know if any of you have ideas on how to deal with unsolicited thrid-party email on company sytems?
