Can anyone steer me to a website for cost of living adjustments across the country? I need to relocate staff to Los Angeles area.
Thx

Try this one. I'm not sure it's what you're looking for, but it's worth a shot.

Southern California is very expensive. I grew up there and just moved to OK b/c of it. The same house i bought in OK for 140,000 would cost 300,000+ in CA.
Plus, gas prices are ridiculous. Nice weather, though. And, alot to do.

Try the US Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics.

You could also check usajobs to see what kind of differential the US government pays for it's employees in CA.
