Database for HR

I'm looking for a good HR database for approximately 140 employees. I've heard that PeopleSoft is good for 300 or more employees. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good software package that will print out the basic HR reports like year-to-date pay, overtime, casual employee hours, eeo info. etc. ?

Our office is a satellite office, so we don't do payroll, but we do track salaries and expenditures using our budget figures.

Any tips or insights are greatly appreciated.

They have stock reports as well as the chance to customize your own. They do offer classes as well if you aren't familiar with how to write queries in Access.

I have used ABBRA CADABRA (SP???) and it had a payroll unit but we did not use it, although, it was installed with the program! Pork

We use HR Profile from ADP - used to use Perspectives, but ADP and Perspectives use a linked data base, whereas Profile and ADP work off one data base.

Forgot to say, we are 800 strong. The only thing I can tell you not to use is NAVISION. I guess it's good for the payroll/acctg side but it's bad for HR. I have some smaller divisions who use it all for the money side. I started using it for it's HR functions and there are none.
