I'm with a for-profit company in Washington, DC. We are not a government contractor or sub-contractor. We're installing a new Applicant Tracking System and would like advice on what, if anything, we should ask candidates regarding EEO data. I realize the information is voluntary on the part of the candidate, but is it even necessary to ask? Thanks.
