Military Leave Pay

It is my understanding that if we have an employee in the reserves who is called for temporary military leave that we must pay him/her according to Tennessee Employment Law. Could someone tell me when I can find more information about this? I need to find out what is considered temporary, whether this is the two weeks during their training camps in the summer or how that is defined exactly.

Up to 15 days of paid leave in any 1 year will be granted to public officers and employees who are members of the national reserves or the state National Guard for performance of duty or training activities. Taken from Tenn. Ann. Code §§ 8-33-101, 8-33-105, 8-33-109; Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1120-6-.18.
